
Cancellations | Returns | Exchanges | Refunds
Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order as soon as possible.
Products are made for you. We currently maintain no stock. Products are produced when a buyer places an order.
For cancellations, please contact us within 2 calendar days of the date of purchase.
For returns/exchanges, please:

contact us within 2 calendar days of the order’s date of delivery,
-
ship product(s) back to us within 7 calendar days of the order’s delivery date, and
-
include email sales receipt with product(s) being returned
For a product to be considered for return/exchange/refund, it must be returned to us in its original, new condition without signs of alteration, washing, wear and/or damage. Refund/exchange decisions will be based upon our inspection of the product upon receipt. If the product is not returned in its original, new condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the product and any shipping costs for the product’s return or exchange.
No refunds will be issued nor exchanges permitted for items returned without contact prior to receipt by us and/or received after 7 calendar days from the order’s delivery date and/or received in other than its original, new condition as described above.
Products received from us in damaged condition should be returned for exchange or refund.
Products shipped by us to an incorrect address will be replaced.
For products accepted by us for return, which were not received damaged from us and are not being exchanged, there is a 20% restocking fee.
